Year-end Function

The intimateCourtyard venue is beautiful with its exposed beams, antique paint effects, wrought iron candle chandeliers and rock clad fireplace is the perfect place for an end of year company dinner. Accommodating up to 80 guests with a dance floor or 90 guests without, the privacy of the walled courtyard adjoining the venue allows for members of the team an area for a quiet break from proceedings.

Conversely,Fountain Court will provide a larger company the opportunity to end the year off with a bang. The Fountain Court has been designed to accommodate as many as 200 guests and the massive windows surrounding the room which provide the feeling of the outdoors integrating seamlessly with the interior.

The venue provides company event co-ordinators with a blank canvass to create a themed event fitting the style and culture of the company. Or work with our in-house co-ordinators taking advantage of the fully co-ordinated décor and flower service included in the cost of the flowers and décor as well as the services of an in house florist providing you with a one-stop-shop!

There is a large stock of décor items, table clothes, under plates, table runners, candelabra and overlays to choose from which makes the job of decorating any of the venues on the estate very easy.

Launches and other corporate events

TheFountain Court as the largest of the venues at Trés Jolie is the perfect venue for a large function or launch event.

TheFountain Court has been designed to accommodate as many as 280 guests and the massive windows surrounding the room which provide the feeling of the outdoors integrating seamlessly with the interior.

The venue provides company event co-ordinators with a blank canvass to create a themed event fitting the style and culture of the company.

There is a large stock of décor items, table clothes, under plates, table runners, candelabra and overlays to choose from which makes the job of decorating any of the venues on the estate very easy.

Conferences

Needing a quiet low tech conference away from it all where the team can be creative without the interruption of wireless technology and urban noise? Then a day in the country is the perfect place! Getting the team away to spend the day in the country can provide a canvass for creativity and brainstorm you won't find in the hustle and bustle of the city.

The perfect menu for the day would be a lunch time braai soaking up the tranquillity of the outside, but if that doesn't fit then choose from the menu which is an interesting combination of Mediterranean cuisine and hearty South Africa fare. From Cape Malay curries to our famous wraps, our scrumptious spareribs and steaks, we pride ourselves on the quality and care put into each and every dish.

With our freshly made pizzas served straight from the traditional wood oven, this could be the perfect al fresco menu you might prefer.

Family Days

The gardens of Trés Jolie are perfect for outdoor summer events and this includes company family days. Trés Jolie is also the perfect venue for children offering a safe and secure environment were the children can experience a touch and feed farmyard, take advantage of a fantastic play area, go on pony and / or camel rides!

Both the adults and the children can be accommodated with the specialised catering services for the children including mouth-watering kiddie platters.

The parents on the other hand can either feast on platters fresh from the grill or pizzas fresh from the wood-oven. The different venues on the estate at Trés Jolie as well as the beautiful manicured lawns provide the opportunity for breakaway groups coming together on the estate for activities including more people.

Hen's Parties, Stork Tea Parties, birthdays and anniversaries

Using the semi-privateDining Room situated just off the main restaurant and is ideal for your stork party. This venue which can accommodate a maximum of 30 guests has large windows overlooking the garden creating an indoor, outdoor feel. It is also the ideal venue to provide your own décor items, making it the perfect reflection of your or your company's style.

Celebrations (engagements, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc)

TheFountain Court has been designed to accommodate a function for as many as 200 guests and with its massive windows which surround the room providing the feeling of the outdoors integrating seamlessly with the interior; it provides the perfect blank canvass for any event.

Wrought iron balconies frame massive railway sleeper doors through which guests will enter the baronial hall! Chandeliers hang from exposed beams and there is a huge fireplace which can dominate or simply add ambience!

There is an extensive use of wood with the massive gum pole rafters, a red corrugated iron roof and wrought iron balustrades. The cement floors are sealed and carefully coloured and the base of the walls of the building and entrance steps are finished with clad rock.

Christenings and Dedications

WithThe Chapel and a variety of venues on the same estate, Trés Jolie is the perfect place for a country christening or quiet dedication.

The stone chapel was built to add character and natural beauty offering an old style country church appeal that is both rustic and elegant. In keeping with the rest of the estate, this new venue features wrought iron chandeliers and balustrades, railway sleeper doors with small arch windows to complete the design.

After the ceremony, you can make use of any of the venues on the estate depending on the number of guests. From a small lunch in the Dining Room off the main restaurant, to the intimacy of the Courtyard.

Garden Parties

The gardens of Trés Jolie are unstructured, lush, green and perfect for outdoor events whether a hen party, a stork tea or a small intimate wedding. Elegantly decorated tables under the shade of the trees and perfectly placed umbrellas or beautifully draped gazebos are a perfect alternative to an indoor function. We are careful to ensure that we have sufficient space available indoors in case of inclement weather
